KOCHI: Global Public School students exquisitely painted the walls of Anganwadi. The more than three-decade-old Perumpilly Colony Anganwadi building in Mulanthuruthy thirteenth division became the canvas for these young artists. Both the interior and exterior have now been made magnificent by the colourful depiction of flowers, elephants, cartoon characters and other visuals.
Eleven students of class 9 who were part of the school’s Kids for Kochi group participated in the day-long drawing. The visual feast in beautiful colors here not only brings joy to Anganwadi children but to everyone.
Grama panchayat ward member Joel inaugurated the event. Anganwadi teacher Ambili joined the children to help prepare the colourful visuals.
