ICFOSS Invites Applications for Online Certificate Courses

 

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
International Centre for Free and Open Source Software ICFOSS), Kerala’s Free and Open Source software promotion agency, has invited applications for online Certificate Courses, commencing on May 21.

The courses will be in Python Programming Language and Machine Learning. The syllabi of these courses, to be conducted in interactive mode through Moodle, have been designed to suit teachers as well as students. The duration of the courses will be three hours each for seven days.

While the Python Language Programming course will be held from 10 am to 1 pm, Machine Learning classes will be conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm. The participants will be awarded the certificates on successful completion of the courses, which will include presentations.

These are the first completely free software based courses to be conducted in the states, including their project evaluation and examination. The candidates can also participate in the programme through mobile app. Applications can be submitted through the website https://icfoss.in/events/upcoming.
