Department of Marine Biology, Microbiology & Biochemistry of Cochin University of Science and Technology will be organizing three days ‘International Conference on Benthos, ICB 2019’ during March 6 to 8.
The theme of the programme is ‘Conserving Diversity and Productivity of Benthic Systems’. Eminent academicians and scientists including Dr. David Checkley, Professor emeritus, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, USA, Dr. Graham P Oliver, Research Fellow, National Museum of Wales, UK, Dr. `Angel Borja, AZTI Marine Research Centre, Spain, Dr, Peter Ng Kee Lin, Head, Systematics and Ecology Laboratory University of Singapore etc. will lead various sessions.
