Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) has planned a five-day Entrepreneurship Development Programme on “Business Venture Management” for early stage startup entrepreneurs at the Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode (IIMK) campus from March 11.
The programme, designed to provide a deep understanding of business environment and right strategies to become successful entrepreneurs, is being organised in association with IIMK Laboratory for Innovation, Venturing and Entrepreneurship (IIMK LIVE).
It is also aimed at giving an exposure to budding entrepreneurs on sales, marketing and financial aspects of a startup. The programme’s focus will be on enhancing managerial capacities of startup entrepreneurs, and developing and strengthening entrepreneurial quality, motivation, leadership and team management skills.
On all days there will be six hours of teaching session, each of them of 1.5 hour duration. KSUM will be giving sponsorship of 70 per cent for each startup and 30 per cent of the course fee should be paid by the entrepreneur/startup. Last date for application is March 4.
