University teachers should act as autonomous teachers without being influenced by Syndicate or Administration. They should ensure the overall development of the students by suggesting appropriate projects, adopting apt teaching methods and assessing the students transparently and effectively. Dr. Kuncheria declared that the entire award money will be donated for the development of the Aided School at Kottayam where he studied.
