Prof. Arun Abraham Elias Appointed as the Director & Dean of Rajagiri Business School

Prof. Arun Abraham Elias has been appointed as the Director & Dean at Rajagiri Business School in Kochi, Kerala, India.

He was previously the Dean of the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies at Fiji National University and held various roles prior to it including Associate Dean (International and Accreditation) and MBA Director, Victoria University of Wellington (premier business school in New Zealand). Academically, Prof. Elias holds two Master degrees—one in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and the other in Agricultural Engineering from Allahabad University.

e completed his PhD in Management from Victoria University of Wellington, focusing on stakeholder dynamics in environmental conflict management using systems thinking. Prof. Elias has an extensive publication record, with recent articles pertaining to systems thinking, stakeholder analysis and sustainable supply chain management. Additionally, he has engaged in various academic roles such as being a mentor with AASCB, panel member of AMBA Accreditation Panel and a fellow at the New Zealand-India Research Institute. His expertise lies insystems thinking and modelling, stakeholder management and environmental conflict management.
