KOCHI:
City Book Leaders in collaboration with DLF Riverside Kochi launched renowned author and corporate advisor R Gopalakrishnan’s new book ‘Crash’ in the Clubhouse of DLF Riverside, Kochi.
The book launch was preceded by a panel discussion about various aspects of the book with Former IAS officer and author, M P Joseph and Director IIM Trichy, Dr. Bhimraya Metri. The event was hosted and moderated by Mohit Gupta, Market Advisor and Chief Curator of City Book Leaders.
The book ‘Crash: Lessons from the Entry and Exit of CEOs’ talks about the journey to top of organisations, difficulties to stay at that position and the reasons behind the exit from top positions. During the launch event R Gopalakrishnan said that, ‘even the best of leaders fail to excel in top positions as being in power changes people’. In the book he analyses various situations CEO’s may find themselves in and also recommends suggestions to help them.
