UAE National Day celebrated at Yab Legal Services

Under the auspices of Yab Legal Services, arts and culture programs were held as part of the UAE National Day celebrations. Yab Office Manager Yusra Isanthar inaugurated the function by cutting the cake.

Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services, who delivered the keynote speech at the opening ceremony, said that though there are around 200 nationalities working in UAE, Malayalis are the largest expatriate community. The UAE National Day is being celebrated grandly under the leadership of the Malayalis and the event is being held in a nutshell in the context of the Palestinian war.

He said that he has been a part of National Day celebrations for the past 36 years and that the UAE National Day is celebrated on December 2 every year to commemorate the unification of the Emirates in 1971. When the seven emirates, which did not even have their own currency, joined together and a strong development vision and economy was formed.

The vision of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan laid the foundation for the dream of a United Arab Emirates. Salam Pappinissery added that the signature of that foresight can be seen in each subsequent achievement. He said that any venture can be successful only if they work together and work hard.

Salam Papinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services, is a well-known legal representative and social activist. As part of the celebration, arts and culture programme were also held. After that a quiz competition was held among the employees about UAE Emirates. The quiz program was conducted by Yab Business Development Manager Farzana Abdul Jabbar.

Yab’s office was decorated with the colors of the UAE flag, balloons and bunting. The employees arrived wearing shawls and wearing the logo with the UAE national flag insignia. The singing performance was led by HR employee Mohammad Ziyad and Shafna K .

Yab Media anchor Raheema Shaneed welcomed the event which started with the National Anthem. Farzana Abdul Jabbar, Adv. Mohammad Abdurrahman Al Suwaidi, Adv. Luai Abu Amra, Ali Rashid Saif Al Mansoori, Mundir Kalpakancheri, Nihas Hashim and Career Guru Consultant Jasmine spoke.
The program ended with a vote of thanks by Adil Abdus Salam.
