Aster Hospitals Kerala Announces ‘Mitwa’ Initiative

Aster Hospitals Kerala announces a special scheme, ‘Mitwa’ aimed at supporting and empowering kidney and liver transplant recipients in the state. This unique initiative aims to provide employment opportunities within various establishments of Aster Hospitals across Kerala, including Aster MIMS in Calicut, Kottakkal and Kannur as well as Aster Medcity in Kochi. In addition to employment opportunities, organ transplant recipients will also have the chance to take the lead in running franchises of Aster pharmacies and labs. The scheme was announced by Farhaan Yasin- Aster India- Vice President.

Committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those who have undergone transplants, Aster Hospitals Kerala seeks to provide a pathway to success and enhanced quality of life to kidney and liver transplant recipients. The distinguishing aspect of the scheme is that it extends employment opportunities not only to those who have received treatment from Aster. The selection procedure for this programme is based on the educational qualifications and physical capabilities of the applicants. With this program, Aster Hospitals aims to offer preferences in employment and entrepreneurship to individuals who have completed organ transplants in the state. It has been decided to give priority to people in vacant posts and franchise opportunities.
