While people across the country are grappling with the momentous move by the Government to ban denominations of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, AirAsia has announced its own respite for customers.
AirAsia will accept Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes until 11:59pm on the 11 th of November at all AirAsia counters at airports across India to book flights. Guests who would like to make cash bookings can head to the airport counters from now until 11 th of November.
All flights booked using cash will be non-refundable. Guests are requested to note that all other services such as pre-book meals, extra baggage, seat selection etc. cannot be booked under this scheme.
AirAsia India currently flies to 11 destinations with its two hubs in Bengaluru & New Delhi covering Chandigarh, Jaipur, Guwahati, Imphal, Pune, Goa, Vizag, Kochi and Hyderabad.
