Technopark Firm among India’s Best Workplace for Women

Technopark-based IT firm, Zafin Software Centre of Excellence has been ranked among the best women-friendly workplaces in India. Zafin is one of the top 50 mid-size companies in India’s Best Workplace for Women 2021 list published by the Great Place to Work Institute, an international workplace certification agency. The recognition is based on the evaluation of companies on various factors such as gender parity, women’s representation across levels and diversity. 712 organizations were evaluated for consideration in this list and 512 organizations met the eligibility criteria. Zafin is Canada based banking software development company and Indian headquarters is in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. The company has around 180 employees in India.
