Indian Myeloma Congress Begins at Amrita

Indian Myeloma Congress 2026, a major conference focusing on global advances in myeloma treatment and research, will be held at Amrita Hospital, Kochi, from January 9 to 11. The conference is distinguished by the participation of internationally renowned myeloma experts.

The conference is being organized by the Indian Myeloma Academic Group (IMAGE) under the leadership of Gen. Dr. Velu Nair, President, IMAGE, and Dr. Uday Yanamandra, Secretary, IMAGE. The Chairperson of the Organizing Committee is Dr. Neeraj Sidharthan, Head of the Department of Clinical Hematology at Amrita Hospital.

Leading specialists taking part include Dr. Nikhil C. Munshi, Dr. Prashant Kapoor, Dr. Ravi Vij, Dr. Shaji Kumar, Dr. Vincent Rajkumar, Dr. Wee Joo Chng and Daniel Navid, along with several other international experts from various countries across the world.

Myeloma is a cancer that affects plasma cells in the bone marrow.
