IIM Kozhikode is hosting an International Conference on Global Health and Medical Tourism (GIoHMT) on March 7-10, 2019. The conference aims at creating a platform for industry and academia to interact, deliberate and create knowledge resources that will be useful to all stakeholders as well as will contribute to the growth in the sector.
Global Healthcare & Medical Tourism conference comprises of research driven and highly interactive technical sessions by industry veterans. The conference also includes panel discussions on key segments/topics such as Global Health Scenario and Medical Tourism Issues in India, Mental Health, Substance Abuse & Well Being-New Arena in Medical Tourism and so on. Additionally, it also includes an Ayurvedic showcase and experience day.
The second phase of the global health conference which is set to be held at Indian Institute of Health Management Research university in Jaipur from March 11-13, 2019 will witness various sessions and panel discussions on related topics along with a visit to the cultural village located in Jaipur.
