THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Latha Nair, Vice President & Head of Service Delivery, IBS Software, has been awarded the Woman Icon of the Year title by UBS Forums, a Maharashtra-based think-tank of professionals that aims to create and bring transformational leadership for individuals and industry.
The award was announced at the 3rd Women Empowerment Summit & GIWL Awards 2022, at Hotel Taj Lands End Mumbai. The award recognizes “the distinct achievements of a woman leader who has been an Icon of inspiration and a mentor to all other women staff of the organisation.”
IBS Software was established in 1997 and Latha was part of the first group of 55 employees. An Engineering graduate, Latha is today one of the senior-most employees of the company leading a team of 700 professionals, managing the delivery of large and complex IT projects across the world for the travel industry. Latha is also the Head of Trivandrum Centre of IBS Software.
