The Kunjali Marakkar School of Marine Engineering (KMSME), CUSAT will organize national seminar on ‘Modern Trends in Digitalisation of Shipping Industry’ at 9.30 am on 21 st January at KMSME seminar hall.
Ajith Kumar Sukumaran, Principal Officer cum Joint Director, Mercantile Marine Department, Chennai will inaugurate the seminar at a function to be presided over by Vice Chancellor Dr. K.N. Madhusoodanan. Dr Jose Paul, Adjunct Professor, Indian Maritime University (Chennai) and former Director of the Mormugao Port Trust will be the chief guest. Pro-Vice- Chancellor Dr. P.G. Sankaran, Dr K.S. Beena, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Prof. M.P. John, Director , KMSME, Prof. R Venugopal, seminar convenor, V.J. Jose, Vice Chairman, Cochin Port Trust and KMSME Course Director N.G. Nair will speak.
