Dr. Mariamma Chacko, Head, Department of Ship Technology presided over. Dr. M. Adhul Rahim, Regional Manager, South Asia, Class NK, Dr. C. B. Sudheer, Associate Professor, Department of Ship Technology and Nirmal J Sabu spoke. Class NK a leading figure in ship classification, awards annually the best B.Tech projects of Department of Ship Technology.
Rahul Reghu, Mohammed Ziaddhin Parvez and Santhosh Kumar were awarded the first, second and third prizes respectively from the 2013-17 batch of B. Tech Naval Architecture and Ship Building.
