KOCHI:
Six Students of 2016-18 batch who scored high marks in MBA programmes at the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology were awarded SMS 80 Foundation Scholarship.
The Scholarships were distributed by Dr. A. Ramachandran, Vice Chancellor, KUFOS at a function held at School of Management Studies. Dr. D. Mavoothu, Director, SMS presided over the function. Dr. Moli P. Koshy, Former Director, SMS, Dr. S. Ramesh Babu, President, ‘SMS’80 Foundation’ and Dr. Sam Thomas, Professor & Placement Officer spoke. SMS ’80 Foundation is an initiative by the MBA students who passed out from SMS in 1980. The scholarship is given every year to the SMS students. The scholarship amount is Rs. 15000.
