Kamal Haasan Starrer ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ Trailer

Nearly five years after the release of ‘Vishwaroopam’, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan is back to the silver screen with the highly anticipated sequel ‘ Vishwaroopam 2’.
As reported earlier, the theatrical trailer of the Tamil version was launched by Shruti Haasan, while the Hindi and Telugu versions were released by superstars Aamir Khan and Jr NTR respectively.
Going by the trailer, ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ seems to be a high octane action thriller that follows the story of RAW agent Wisam Ahmed Kashmiri, who’s on a mission to take on the notorious terrorist organisation lead by Omar Qureshi and Salim. One of the major highlights of the trailer is the background score by Ghibran and the sound design by Kunal Rajan.
Set in India, ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ takes the story forward from where the first part ended. Produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, the film stars Kamal Haasan, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Shekhar Kapur, Rahul Bose, Jaideep Ahlawat and Waheeda Rehman in prominent roles. Directed by Kamal Haasan himself, the sequel is said to be even racier than the first part, which went on to become one of the highest grossing Tamil films ever. Prior to this, ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ completed the censor formalities and was awarded a ‘U/A certificate.
The sequel will have music by Mohammad Ghibran, who is working with Kamal Haasan for the fourth time. ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ will simultaneously release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages on August 10 this year
