New Delhi: Ford India has announced an increase Rs 1.62 lakh in the price of the new generation Endeavour SUV . The new prices are effective immediately.
This news comes right after the daring price cuts Ford India announced on its models EcoSport, Figo and Aspire. Price cuts were announced in the wake of poor sales but it made news as the buyers benefited by the decision.
But the case of the new generation Ford Endeavour is different. This model was launched in India earlier this year and its sales have surpassed that of Toyota Fortuner, which was previously the best-selling car in the segment.
The new Ford Endeavour comes with a revised exterior and state of the art interiors.
One of the largest cars selling in India, Ford Endeavour measures 4,892 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width and 1,837 mm in height. Its wheelbase is 2,850 mm, and its ground clearance is225 mm.
Engine specifications on offer with the 2016 Ford Endeavour includes 3.2 liter and 2.2 liter Duratorq diesel engines.
