GOA:
Capoeira de Ouro has kickstarted the annual celebration of their Capoeira journey at The BOM-GOA Capoeira Festival and Batizado 2019. On 1st, 2nd and 3rd March, they camp out at ‘Mojigao’ in Assagao, North Goa. This year’s exciting event will be lead by Mestre Chicote (CDO Paris) Rodas, Masterclasses and workshops with Mestre Chicote and our guest instructors, in Mumbai from 23rd to 26th February; and in Goa from 1st to 4th March, 2019.
The festival kicked off in Mumbai with an opening street Roda on 23rd evening at 5:00 pm; The event was rife with workshops and concluded in Mumbai on 26th with the Batizado / Troca de Corda ceremony.
On 1st, 2nd and 3rd March, the festival will continue at ‘Mojigao’ in Assagaon, North Goa. The Goa Batizado will be held on 3rd evening, finally wrapping up with a farewell Roda on 4th morning.All Workshops and Rodas are open to all enthusiasts, novices and advanced students regardless of which group you belong to or your level of expertise.
