“Women leadership is an essential determination of quality of work life of women employees” was the unequivocal opinion emerged at a panel discussion on “Women leadership in corporates conducted at School of Management Studies, Cochin University Science and Technology.
Prof. M Meerabai, Cine artist Muthumani and Jeena Ansar, CEO of Phases (IT company) participated and Dr. Devi Soumyaja was the moderator. The theater workshop for female students that ensued was inaugurated by Prof. K Ajitha, HOD, Hindi Department. SMS Director Dr. D Mavoothu presided over the function. Dr. Sangeetha K Prathap, Co-coordinator spoke.
