Aimed at boosting lab practice in India, Mindray Medical India showcased its superior range of diagnostic technologies at a special scientific forum dedicated to Thyroid Disorder and Vitamin Deficiencies in Kochi.

Kanagasabapathy, former Professor and Head of Department, CMC Vellore, who is well renowned expert on Thyroid Disorders, shared his expert views on Diagnosis and Monitoring of Thyroid Disorders. Another well-known expert, Dr. George Abhram, Senior Consultant and Advisor, Clinical Laboratory Services at MIMS Hospital, shared his opinions on Laboratory Automation in Immunoassay testing. Dr. J Sureshkumar, Director, Medwin Laboratory, Cochin shared his experience on Vitamin Deficiencies. “Thyroid diseases are, arguably, among the commonest endocrine disorders worldwide. India too, is no exception. It has been estimated that about 42 million people in India suffer from thyroid diseases, where early diagnosis and treatment remain the cornerstone of better disease management,” experts opined.

In merely 2 years, they have exceeded 200 plus installation across India.
