    MUMBAI:
    IndiaLends — a digital marketplace for credit products — strengthens its senior leadership team with the appointment of two key members – Amit Kumar Singh as Chief Business Officer & Animesh Bhartiya as VP- Brand & Marketing.

    Amit Kumar Singh, former senior executive at Airtel Payments Bank will now be responsible for leading growth and driving new initiatives as Chief Business Officer. Animesh Bhartiya who was earlier heading communications at Godrej & Boyce will now head Brand as Vice President – Brand & Marketing.

    Commenting on these appointments, IndiaLends CEO Gaurav Chopra said, “We are happy to have best talent from the industry. IndiaLends as a company is committed to grow at an exponential rate.     A fintech veteran, Amit Kumar Singh comes with a rich experience of over 15 years of spearheading business, creating & executing strategy, managing large Operations. Prior to joining IndiaLends, Singh led the sales distribution & GTM strategy at Airtel Payments Bank. Singh has previously worked at Reliance Jio money, FINO Payments Bank and YTS solutions. He is an alumnus of IMT, Ghaziabad and holds a bachelor degree from NIT, Trichy.

    Animesh Bhartiya is a professional with 20 years of global experience in developing brand and marketing strategy, marketing communications and experience design. Prior to joining IndiaLends, Bhartiya was the Chief Communications Officer for Godrej and Boyce. He has also spent a considerable amount of time in UK in marketing agencies like Ogilvy & Mather, Publicis etc. Both Amit and Animesh will be based at IndiaLends head office at Gurgaon.
