Shwetha Menon Enters the Event Management Space with ‘Sanguine’

Ace actress Shwetha Menon is launching her most ambitious venture, `Sanguine’ by Shwetha Menon & Team – an event management & catering group that will have a major presence in the online marriage space, wedding planning and execution and large corporate and all-purpose events besides specialty food services. NRI businessman, Koshy Abraham is the major investor in the venture.
Under the Sanguine banner, there will be two separate ventures – www.sanguinemarry.com – the marriage portal with millions of registered members and a whole host of facilities and Sanguine Events – www.sanguine-events.com – an event management company with unique expertise across the wedding planning and execution, large scale corporate events and private gathering. Within this vertical, Sanguine Caters – a state of the art catering services – is being put together under the guidance of culinary maestro, Pazhayadam Mohanan Namboodiri.
The venture brings together some unique creative individuals from a wide variety of fields. Besides Pazhayadam, renowned make-up guru, Roshan N G, costume designer Satheeshan S B, organiser of major stage shows and events, Subash Anchal, ace lens man, Roy Lawrence, ace videographer, Rijas Rehman will be the other major consultants in the venture. Koshy Abraham will look after day to day functions while Sreevalsan Menon will head events and communication aspects.
The venture will be headquartered in Kerala but would handle events acro
ss the country besides the Middle East, GCC, Australia and the US where Sanguine will have marketing representation and offices. Sanguine is equipped to handle big award functions, dealer meets, fashion shows, stage shows, exhibitions & trade shows, product launches and general, economic and social events.
