The 47th h Annual General Meeting of the Kerala Society of Ophthalmic Surgeons (KSOS) concluded in Kochi. Ophthalmic Surgeons attended the conference warned that prolonging the treatment of many eye diseases in the name of Covid -19 could significantly affect vision.
The conference also assessed the need for eye hospitals and 
Dr. Babu krishnakumar (Ashwini Hospital, Thrichur) is elected as Secretary of Kerala Society of ophthalmic Surgeons while Dr. G. Mahesh (Giridhar Eye Hospital, Ernakulum) elected as general Secretary. Dr. V. A. Bastin is the new treasurer.
