“Ignite has been a long-term plan of Techvantage to enhance the exposure of young talents, especially given the tectonic culture shift due to the havoc that pandemic has caused. It is an honour to launch this initiative on Women’s Day as Techvantage has always put in a conscious effort to encourage women to take up jobs in areas like advanced analytics and manage their careers along with family responsibilities. We went beyond the industry average of 40% and 55% of our employees are women.
