HITS Announces Dates for Online Entrance Examinations

Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS) has announced the dates for its Online Engineering Exam – HITSEEE 2023 & Online Entrance exam for Liberal Arts & Applied sciences, School of Law and other programs – HITSCAT 2023. Speaking on the occasion Dr. S.N. Sridhara, Vice Chancellor, HITS, said, “the Online Entrance Examinations HITSEEE 2023 for the upcoming academic year will be held from 3rd May 2023 to 10th May 2023. THE HITSCAT Online Entrance Examination will be held from 17th May to 18th May 2023. The last date for submission of the Application forms for HITSEEE 2023 is 30th April 2023 and for HITSCAT 2023 is 14th May 2023.”

HITS also encourages and nurtures academic brilliance by offering a variety of scholarships to the rank holders. The Dr. KCG Verghese Merit Scholarship is offered to the central and state board examinations rank holders who are eligible to avail up to 100% of tuition fee waiver. Top Rank Holders of HITSEEE and HITSCAT entrance examinations are also eligible for the scholarship up to a 100% tuition fee waiver. Other scholarships include Dr. Elizabeth Verghese Founder Chancellor Scholarship which is offered to empower girls with academic potential from lower-income families to pursue higher education at HITS. Encouraging athletically gifted students, Sports Scholarship is available for students who have achieved accolades at National, State and Inter-University tournaments. In the previous academic year, HITS offered scholarships to the value of Rs.10 Crores to various Rank Holders in the engineering domain.
