KOCHI:
With state-of-art infrastructure, Infopark’s campus in Cherthala is on the path of growth, attracting more IT/ITES companies to start or expand operations in the campus. At present, 21 companies have their offices in Chaithanya building which is a 2.4 lakh sq. ft built-up space where 350 employees work for these companies.
The building has plug and play and bare shell spaces available. In addition to the office spaces, 45 acres of land parcel is currently available for constructing IT infrastructure. Located in Cherthala-Kochi I.T. corridor, Infopark Cherthala opens a window of possibilities, opportunities and facilities suitable for rural I.T. parks, which attract companies and investors. The availability of international amenities in a rural environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city also attracts companies to the park. Infopark has regular transportation services in place for employees commuting to Cherthala from Vyttila and Alapppuzha.
In March, Infopark Cherthala witnessed the arrival of two companies that opened new offices in the Chaithanya building. Recently, three other companies moved into bigger spaces and added more members to their team in Infopark Cherthala. MERP Systems, based in Washington DC, working in the field of digital transformation for more than 12 years, Texin Consultancy, a company working in the fields of US accounting, US tax returns, and payrolls, and DotIn Technologies, which focuses on blockchain technologies, and cryptocurrency trading tool-making services, are the companies that moved to a bigger space in Infopark. Yavun Technologies, a company focusing on I.T services and product development, and Tech Aventure Infosolution LLP, an organization in the segment of web application development, e-commerce development, and digital marketing, have opened their new offices in Infopark Cherthala.
As many as 150 people were hired in a job fair, held in January, organised by the companies in Infopark Cherthala at Chaithanya building.
