Kerala’s Iluzia Lab announced collaboration with UK-based Cybersquire and Hyperquotient of Bengaluru, seeking to integrate the Kochi-headquartered startup’s immersive technologies with the British company’s acclaimed AI and robotics curriculum.
The strategic partnership was formalised at just-concluded DIDAC India’s 14th summit in Delhi, as the country’s only and Asia’s largest exhibition and conference for education and skilling resources.
Together, the three entities plan to develop a revolutionary a Metaverse Ecosystem, designed to break down educational barriers and democratize access to quality learning.
Five-year-old Iluzia, as the innovator behind the world’s first Metaverse classroom launched in a government high school at Kozhikode, brings its expertise in virtual reality, augmented reality and Metaverse-based curriculum development.
“We’re excited to collaborate with Cybersquire and Hyperquotient to bring cutting-edge technologies,” said Noufal P, founder-CEO of Iluzia at the Government Cyberpark in the city. “It will empower the students.”
As for Cybersquire, the 14-year-old veteran has enrolled over 200,000 students through its Learning Management System and curriculum. The company, which holds a Guinness World Record for educational activities, will, through this partnership, offer virtual practical lab experiences to its students, further enhancing its comprehensive learning solutions.
The 2020-founded Hyperquotient brings its expertise in creating interactive, engaging learning experiences. This alliance will leverage the latest advancements in mixed reality, virtual reality and Metaverse technologies to create immersive educational content.
The state has the 2006-established Kerala Startup Mission as the nodal agency for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities.
