Highlighting the evolving role of people leaders in preparing organizations for future challenges and opportunities in business, Technopark-based HR community forum HREvolve is organizing a one-day conclave on November 21 at Technopark here.
Titled ‘Elevate’24,’ the theme of the event is ‘Shaping the Future: Leading with Agility, Innovation, and Purpose’. The event aims to position people leaders at the forefront of building adaptive, innovative, and purpose-driven organizations.
HREvolve is the forum of HR professionals and enthusiasts dedicated to reshaping the future of human resources at Technopark. This forum comes under the umbrella of GTech and MuLearn.
Col. Sanjeev Nair, CEO, Technopark; Anoop Ambika, CEO, Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM); Dinesh Thampi, Member of High Power IT Committee, Govt. of Kerala; Sreekumar V, Centre Head, Tata Elxsi and Secretary, GTech; and Deepu S Nath, MD, FAYA, will attend the inaugural session of the conclave at the Park Centre, Technopark at 9 am.
Raj Raghavan, CPO at CoreStack Inc, Former HR Leader at Indigo, Amazon APAC & ME, GE India, will deliver the keynote address on the occasion.
The focus of the meet will be on enabling leaders to navigate the complexities of technology, workforce transformation, and behavioral science-based decisions, while fostering a human-centered approach to leadership.
The conclave also features sessions on various topics suggested by experts and a panel discussion. Biju Dominic, Chief Evangelist, Fractal Analytics & Chairman, FinalMile Consulting, will speak on ‘Shaping the Future of Human Behaviour with Insights from Neuroscience’ while Magical Rafi, Founder & Chief Mentor, Magic of Change, will share his thoughts on ‘Rewire to Reshape: Preparing Our Minds for the Future.’
Other prominent speakers include Dedeepya Ajith John, Senior Director – South & Advisory Services, APAC, SHRM; Aravind Warrier, HR Leader at Volvo India; and Pratap G, Founder, Leadership Experiences.
The panel session on ‘Navigating Disruptions: Merging Technology with Human Ingenuity’ will be attended by Suja Chandy, Chief Sustainability Officer, Zafin; Varghese Cherian, Head Technology & Services, UST; and Leyones Abraham from Infosys. Dr. Jayasankar Prasad, Director, DCSMAT, is the moderator of the session.
HREvolve community converges every third Thursday at Park Centre, Technopark and hosts interactive, expert-led sessions that tackle evolving HR challenges and opportunities.
