US-based digital customer experience engineering firm Infogain today announced the opening of a state-of-the-art office in Kochi following its recent acquisition of Impaqtive, a Salesforce Summit partner that had been incubated at Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM).

Infogain CEO Dinesh Venugopal said the company’s investment in Kochi reflects its commitment to tapping into the rich talent available beyond major metro areas. “The addition of this office will not only enhance our service offerings but also contribute to the local economy,” he noted.
Joseph Korah, Head of Salesforce Studio at Infogain, said Infogain plans to create over 1,000 specialized jobs in the next three to five years at Kochi. “Our new office will serve as a center for innovative technology and services for Infogain,” he added.
This strategic expansion aims to harness Kerala’s outstanding talent pool in AI, data and cloud technologies, positioning Infogain as a key player in the region’s IT landscape.Impaqtive was incorporated in 2021, three decades after Infogain in 1990.The 2006-established KSUM is Kerala’s nodal agency for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities.
