THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent agencies to set up startup stalls at the exhibitions planned as part of the Ente Keralam 2025 event to be held in all 14 districts to mark the fourth anniversary of the State Government.
The Information and Public Relations Department is organizing the ‘Ente Keralam’ event from April 21 to May 23 to highlight the achievements and developmental and welfare initiatives of the state government.
KSUM stalls will feature the inspiring success story of Kerala’s vibrant startup ecosystem, especially its imprint across multiple domains including robotics, AI, Internet of Things (IoT) and other futuristic technologies.
The EOI is meant to identify and select one agency which is competent to execute the design, fabrication, and installation of stalls reflecting the identity and spirit of the Kerala Startup ecosystem at the exhibitions.
KSUM will provide a standardized design layout, including structure, dimension, colour scheme, branding elements, placement of startup products or panels and audio-visual equipment, of required.
Selected agency will be entrusted with the responsibility of setting up KSUM-branded stalls at the exhibitions, adhering to the uniform design and branding guidelines provided by KSUM, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and logistical efficiency.
Agencies with minimum of three years’ experience in setting up stalls at events and have done at least three similar projects can apply through the link: https://startupmission.kerala.gov.in/tenders
Ability to handle multiple locations simultaneously, clear plan for setting up stalls and dismantling them in all locations within the deadline, reasonable and competitive pricing for execution of the work in each district and commitment to quality and adherence to design are the key criteria of the EoI.
Last day for submission of application is April 14 (Monday) and the selection of the agency will be finalized on April 15.
