Squad-5 topped the eight-team ‘AICOD Hackathon’ by using a GUI automation assistant that banks on AI-powered web plugin to enable navigation and automation of complex web apps.
The 2025 hackathon, which was organized at the Government Cyberpark by leading software development company IOCOD, saw Squad-3 emerging second with its
Regulatory Firewall: AI-powered compliance firewall for messaging, going beyond keyword filters to ensure regulatory compliance. Squad-6 finished third by AI Call Coach: AI-powered real-time and post-call coaching for sales teams to improve call quality and performance.
The top winner received a cash prize of Rs 50,000, while those in the second and third places won Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 respectively. The awards were based on the use of AI and machine learning, business model, presentation, business impact, code quality and innovation.
The fundamental aim of the hackathon was to empower Cyberpark employees to find effective solutions to problems that are challenging and complex.
On the first day, each team member was given a problem to solve. The second day featured discussions, following which a technical session was held to find a complete solution. Subsequently, all eight teams made presentations in the evening.
