  • Škoda Auto India Strengthens Presence Across Kerala

    Škoda Auto India has further strengthened its presence in Kerala with the inauguration of four new sales facilities across Kasaragod, Kayamkulam, Thiruvalla, and Adoor. These new outlets have been launched in partnership with EVM Motors, one of Škoda’s trusted and long-standing dealer partners in the region, as part of the brand’s ongoing efforts to expand its network and get closer to customers across India.

    Commenting on the inauguration of these new Touchpoints, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said, “Having recently crossed 310 Customer Touchpoints across 177 cities, we are building on this strong momentum with our latest network expansion in Kerala. The state remains a high-performing market for us, and our growing customer base here is a testament to the trust the region has placed in Škoda. This expansion in Kerala is another step forward in strengthening Škoda Auto’s legacy in India and delivering on our promise of safety, value, and a truly rewarding ownership experience, while getting even closer to our customers across the country.”

These facilities will enable us to display the brand’s entire portfolio, ensuring that all potential and existing customers across Kerala receive the true Škoda ownership experience. These four new sales branches will now enable our customers in the region to explore the complete Škoda range in a more immersive and engaging environment.”

    In partnership with EVM Motors, Škoda Auto India’s new sales facilities in Kerala are designed to elevate the car-buying and ownership experience with a premium and modern setup. Each new facility adheres to Škoda’s new ‘Modern Solid’ Corporate Identity and Design philosophy, offering a contemporary and customer-centric environment. The facilities inaugurated include:

    Kasaragod – 2,250 sq. ft. sales facility with a 4-car display set-up

    Kayamkulam – 1,535 sq. ft. sales facility with a 4-car display set-up

    Thiruvalla – 1,605 sq. ft. sales facility with a 3-car display set-up

    Adoor – 1,470 sq. ft. sales facility with a 4-car display set-up

    Škoda Auto India is also set to further strengthen its presence in Kerala with plans to add more dealership facilities in key cities, including Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. Currently, Škoda operates 23 Customer Touchpoints in Kerala and 113 across the South India region, highlighting the growing importance of the market in Škoda’s overall network strategy.

    Closer to customers

    From 120 Touchpoints in 2021, Škoda Auto India has expanded its network to over 310 Touchpoints across 177 cities to date. The company remains steadfast in its goal of getting closer to its customers and reinforcing its commitment to providing a seamless customer experience across India.
