The brand hopes now with the direct presence of Bluei in south India, we will be able to resolve any issues and will be able to achieve the desired dream of customers. As per its strategy, Bluei offers products having a reasonable price and will not compete with the rivals by lowering its prices.
Akhilesh Chopra, Sales Director of Bluei, while announcing the launch said, “This is the beginning of an expansion plan in India that will cover the next 2 years. We have an excellent relationship with an e-commerce company and their expertise has allowed us to reach virtually every corner of India and increase our customer base exponentially as a result. Following an omni-channel strategy and having a presence in the country with physical stores will allow us to generate value for consumers by improving their shopping experience.”
The company was launched in 2011, New Delhi with a single store. It aims to capture a significant share of the budding Indian audio market and give the best customer service. Bluei future plan is to develop a distribution network and a new store in the North East region.
