Builder Association of India State committee has urged the government to announce separate package for the construction sector in view of the deep crisis due to the increase in prices and adverse climate during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The majority of the migrant labourers who were depending on the construction sector are now leaving the State. The builders, government contractors, lorry and tipper owners are now in a great debt.

Association said that a meeting of all those connected with the construction should be convened at the earliest.
State president Najeeb Mannel presided over the virtual meet.
