  • Changes in Pattern of Train Services

    THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
    Due to Line Block and Power Block to facilitate engineering works as part of doubling of tracks between Kuruppantara – Ettumanur in Ernakulam – Kottayam section, changes will be made in the pattern of train services as detailed below.
    On 24.10.2018, Wednesday
    A. The following train services will be fully cancelled
    1. Train No.66300 / 66301 Kollam – Ernakulam – Kollam (via Kottayam) MEMU passenger trains.
    2. Train No.56381 / 56382 Ernakulam – Kayankulam – Ernakulam (via Alappuzha) passenger trains.
    3. Train No.56387 / 56388 Ernakulam – Kayankulam – Ernakulam (via Kottayam) passenger trains.

    B. The following trains will be diverted to run via Alappuzha. As these trains will run on diverted route, they will be given a stoppage of 1 minute duration at Haripad, Ambalappuzha and Cherthala railway stations and a stoppage of 2 minutes duration at Alappuzha and Ernakulam Jn. railway stations
    1. Train No.17229 Thiruvananthapuram – Hyderabad Sabari express.
    2. Train No.22654 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Thiruvananthapuram express.
    3. Train No.22660 Dehradun – Kochuveli express.
    4. Train No.12626 New Delhi – Thiruvananthapuram Kerala express.

    C. The following train will be regulated
    · Train No.16382 Kanniyakumari – Mumbai Jayanthi Janatha express will be regulated for 1 hour and 20 minutes at Kottayam.

    On 25.10.2018, Thursday
    A. The following train services will be fully cancelled
    1. Train No.56387 / 56388 Ernakulam – Kayankulam – Ernakulam (via Kottayam) passenger trains.
    2. Train No.66300 / 66301 Kollam – Ernakulam – Kollam (via Kottayam) MEMU passenger trains.
    3. Train No.66307 / 66308 Ernakulam – Kollam – Ernakulam (via Kottayam) MEMU passenger trains.

    B. The following trains will be regulated
    1. Train No.17230 Hyderabad – Thiruvananthapuram Sabari express will be regulated for 50 minutes at Kuruppantara.
    2. Train No.16649 Mangalore – Thiruvananthapuram Parasuram express will be regulated for 45 minutes at Kuruppantara.
    3. Train No.16318 Shrimata Vaishno Devi Katra – Kanniyakumari Himsagar express will be regulated for 30 minutes at Vaikam Road.
    4. Train No.12625 Thiruvananthapuram – New Delhi Kerala express will be regulated for 50 minutes at Kottayam.

    On 27.10.2018, Saturday
    A. The following train services will be fully cancelled
    1. Train No.56381 / 56382 Ernakulam – Kayankulam – Ernakulam (via Alappuzha) passenger trains.
    2. Train No.66307 / 66308 Ernakulam – Kollam – Ernakulam (via Kottayam) MEMU passenger trains.
    3. Train No.56377 Alappuzha – Kayankulam passenger train.
    4. Train No.56380 Kayankulam – Ernakulam (via Alappuzha) passenger train.
    5. Train No.66302 Kollam – Ernakulam (via Alappuzha) MEMU passenger train.
    6. Train No.66301 Ernakulam – Kollam (via Kottayam) MEMU passenger train.
    7. Train No.56387 / 56388 Ernakulam – Kayankulam – Ernakulam (via Kottayam) passenger trains.

    B. The following train services will be partially cancelled
    · Train No.56365 / 56366 Guruvayur – Punalur – Guruvayur (via Kottayam) passenger trains will be partially cancelled between Ernakulam – Punalur.

    C. The following trains will be diverted to run via Alappuzha. As these trains will run on diverted route, they will be given a stoppage of 1 minute duration at Haripad, Ambalappuzha and Cherthala railway stations and a stoppage of 2 minutes duration at Alappuzha and Ernakulam Jn. railway stations
    1.Train No.16650 Nagercoil – Mangalore Parasuram express.
    2. Train No.17229 Thiruvananthapuram – Hyderabad Sabari express.
    3. Train No.16382 Kanniyakumari – Mumbai CSMT Jayanthi Janatha express.
    4. Train No.12081 Kannur – Thiruvananthapuram Jan Shatabdi express.
    5. Train No.12626 New Delhi – Thiruvananthapuram Kerala express.

    D. The following trains will be regulated
    1. Train No.17230 Hyderabad – Thiruvananthapuram Sabari express will be regulated for 1 hour at Kuruppantara.
    2. Train No.16649 Mangalore – Nagercoil Parasuram express will be regulated for 35 minutes at Kuruppantara.
    3. Train No.12625 Thiruvananthapuram – New Delhi Kerala express will be regulated for 1 hour at Kottayam.
