The 4th International Day of Yoga was celebrated under the auspices of Coir Board at Centre Square, MG Road, Kochi on 21st June 2018.
The programme commenced at 11.30am. K Ananda Babu, Joint Director (Planning.) welcomed the gathering. C P Radhakrishnan, Ex.MP and Chairman, Coir Board delivered the keynote address. V V Narayanan, Vice President, Patanjali Yoga Training & Research Centre, Kochi demonstrated various ‘Yogasanas’ which can be practiced in the daily life for better health. The staff of Coir Board Head Office and the general public participated in the programme. The programme concluded at 12.30pm.
