KOCHI:
The research project titled ‘Energy efficient cyber security implementations for Internet of Things’ submitted by Dr. Bijoy Jose, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics, CUSAT has been approved by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
An amount of ₹25 Lakhs has been sanctioned for the related activities. The project aims to put in increased security into home automation products used by consumers. This is a part of academia- industry collaboration project in the area of interdisciplinary cyber physical systems. Dr. Jimson Mathew from IIT Patna and Abijith C R and Suraj Moothedath, Directors of Qrio Technologies Pvt.Ltd, a startup founded by CUSAT alumni are collaborating in this project.
