CUSAT Hindi Department bid official farewell to Dr R. Sasidharan M., on his retirement. A webinar on ‘Hindi Theatre Literature’ was also organized in connection with the farewell.
Vice Chancellor Dr K.N. Madhusoodanan inaugurated the event in a meeting presided over by Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr P.G. Sankaran. Dr. K. Ajitha, Head, Hindi Department, Dr Gireesh Kumar, Prof. T.N. Vishwambharan, Prof. Shamim Aliyar, Prof. Achuthan, prof. N.G. Devaki, Prof. V.G. Gopalakrishnan, N.K.Vasudevan and K.G. Muraleedharan were also present. The webinar was led by Prof. Ashish Tripathi, Hindi Department Banaras Hindu University and Prof. Ramprakash, SV University, Tirupati. Dr R. Sasidharan served as the Vice- Chancellor in-charge, IRAA Director, Dean, Hindi Department Head and Board of Studies Chairman and currently he is a member of the university Syndicate.
