Cyberpark Hosts POSH Act Awareness Session

Government Cyberpark, in association with the Government of Kerala’s Department of Women and Child Development (DWCDO), Kozhikode, successfully conducted an insightful POSH Act Awareness Session titled “Building Safer Workplaces for Women.”

Facilitated by Suhail Kundil, Founder of Fio Foundation, the session offered valuable insights into the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, its historical evolution including the Vishakha Guidelines, and the key legal responsibilities of employers.

This impactful session helped Cyberpark’s tech community and company representatives strengthen their understanding of workplace safety and inclusivity, marking another step toward building secure and respectful work environments for women. Cyberpark officials also participated.
