    KOZHIKODE:
    Cyberpark, Kozhikode the first IT park promoted by the state in the Malabar region has announced invitation to reputed developers and technology firms to build IT office space at prime non SEZ location within the Cyberpark campus. The Expression of Interest (EOI) has been extended for 2.5 acre land inside Govt. Cyberpark campus under Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The designated space has the capacity for construction of a multi storied IT building with a built up area of 4 lakhs square feet.

    The EOI is invited from reputable & competent IT or commercial infrastructure developers or IT/ITeS firms fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The criterias for infrastructure developers include completion of at least one business building having a minimum built-up space of 1 lakh sq.ft within the last 5 years, completed a minimum business period of 10 years, an average annual turnover of Rs.50 crores for the financial year 2019-20 and 2020-21 and should be a profit-making firm as per any one of the audited accounts during the last 3 financial years. The guidelines for IT/ITES companies include a minimum of 500 professionals employed directly in the IT/ITES business at present, a limited company and should have been in operation for a minimum of 5 years, an average annual turnover of not less than Rs. 100 crores from IT/ITES business for financial years 2019-20 and 2020-21 and a profit-making firm as per any one of the audited accounts during the last 3 financial years.

    The lease period for the tender is 30 years, which is extendable for up to 90 years. The last date and time for the submission of the EOI is 25th November at 04.00 PM.
