CHENNAI:
Chennai Passenger Reservation System will be suspended for maintenance as per the requirement of Disaster Management and Recovery Drill for a brief period of 1 hour from 14.15 hrs. to 15.15 hrs. on 14.07.2018 and again for a period of 1 hour and 35 minutes from 23.45 hrs. of 14.07.2018 to 01.20 hrs. of 15.07.2018.
The services in PRS counters for reservation, cancellation and enquiry will not be available during this period. For internet ticketing and enquiry through 139 / Railway website, the services will not be available only for journey originating in Southern Railway, South Western Railway and South Central Railway. There will be no disruption in e-ticketing / 139 / Railway Website for journey originating on other than Southern Railway, South Western Railway and South Central Railway.
Kind cooperation of passengers is solicited and they are advised to plan their reservations/cancellations in advance. Special information counters will be arranged at major railway stations / PRS centres for assisting the public.
