KOCHI:
A five day Faculty Development Programme on ‘Blockchain’ has got underway at the School of Engineering (S.O.E), Cochin University of Science and Technology.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. K.N Madhusoodanan, Vice Chancellor, CUSAT. He highlighted the need for updating innovative tools and methods in the learning and teaching domain by including latest trends in the curriculum. The Chief Guest of the programme, Arun Balachandran, Chief Minister’s Fellow (IT) at Govt. of Kerala underlined the significance of academical linking of the latest technologies like blockchain. Dr George Mathew, Principal, S.O.E, Dr V.G Renumol, Head, Division of I.T, Dr M.B Santhosh Kumar, Associate Professor and Dr Daleesha M Viswanathan spoke.
