US headquartered IT company FAYA will host a seminar on the science of gamification and user engagement as part of its monthly technology seminar series, FAYA:80, at Technopark here on May 28.
FAYA has been conducting the seminar series, led by the most innovative leaders in the Indian IT industry, on one Wednesday of every month. FAYA:80 aims to build a vibrant community and culture of knowledge sharing, curiosity and innovation.
Deepu S. Nath, MD, FAYA India, the global technology center of FAYA Corporation, based out of California, USA, will lead the 127th edition of the open-for-all tech seminar titled “Demystifying Gamification: Cracking Customer Engagement in a Distracted World.”
The seminar will be held at the FAYA “Floor of Madness”, Thejaswini Building, Technopark, at 5 pm.
FAYA India launched FAYA:80 to bring about a change in the perception of organizations and the public of learning technologies that are reshaping the world. The company was one of the first in the world to successfully incorporate gamification into its environment.
The session will delineate gamification as a concept that can crack user engagement in a world riddled by distractions. Product developers, UX designers and business leaders will get insightful knowledge on implementing game mechanics that drive user retention and satisfaction.
