Technology firm, Freston Analytics, begins operations at their new office space in Cyber Park, Calicut. The company, which has its headquarters in the UK, provides premium software technology for companies like the British Telecom (BT) in partnership with TCS, Infosys and UK-based software firms such as Octopus Systems.
This is the start of an exciting new phase for Freston Analytics, says CEO, Muhammed Mukhtaar. From being a 2-member start-up 6 months ago, we have grown into a thirty-member team working on some trailblazing projects in the international telecommunication sector. Given our mission to continue expanding and hire new talent, this space is perfect to accommodate our growing team.
The company’s employees range from fresh graduates to highly experienced professionals specializing in a range of domains such as Cloud Communication Service Development, Front-end Development, Data Engineering and Data Monitoring Solutions.
Nearly 80% of Freston’s Data Engineering team are already women and they are gearing up to launch a new campaign later this year to encourage fresh talent from backward and orthodox communities. The firm is also investing heavily in training, mentoring and coaching programmes to create a talent pool in their key focus area of Cloud Agnostic Solutions.
The newly set up office space was inaugurated by Vivek Nair, the General Manager of Cyber Park. Deputy General Manager Bijesh, Secretary Anusree and CAFIT (Calicut Forum for Information Technology) President Abdul Gafoor also attended the event.
