Godrej, one of India’s largest conglomerates catering to both homes and offices as segments, in the furniture category, launched the U&US Home Design Studio at Inorbit Mall in Hyderabad, today. This is their first store in Hyderabad and in South India. U&Us is a unique concept that co-creates distinctive interior ecosystems by using patented cutting edge technology. As part of this concept, the business is also committed to empower local carpenters and designers. U&Us aims to provide job opportunities to over 100 carpenters and designers in South India.
The flagship store in Hyderabad aims to transform spaces through the power of co-creation. U&Us users collaborate with studio designers and carpenters to co-create spaces that are agile, stylish and most importantly has a touch of their own personality. A team of experienced designers present at the store will guide customers through detailed space layout, décor and furnishing, thereby offering a 360 degree solution towards home renovation.
Present at the launch, Nyrika Holkar, Executive Director of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co.
