  • Hosachiguru Colorothon Season 14: More Colourful & More of a Draw

    BENGALURU:
    Colorothon 14: You can say its a big draw. Yes, come and draw your imagination on anything you wish, right before the public, for the world to see.
    You can draw, doodle, caricature and also do a lot more. Maybe try your hand at the Drum Circle with an Indo African Band. Shake a leg with dance pros, or be a part of a Flash Mob, and mix and mingle with Indias Got Talent artists and meet Asias Strongest Man Manoj Chopra.

    And by the way, you will have the satisfaction of knowing you played a part in a world record event: Hosachiguru Colorothon 14 is a play at getting into the world records show for the most people painting under a single roof. Also witness 30 renowned artist painting live for a cause and get inspired.
    Our vision is to see people from all over the country take part in painting on a day which will be celebrated as Colorothon Day, says Kishore Joseph, Founder-Trustee of Colorothon and Breathe Entertainment, Publisher of thisweekindia.news and multiple world-record holder.

    Colorothon Season 14 is a joint initiative of Breathe Entertainment and KidsChaupal, and will be held at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium Jayanagar, Bengaluru on Aug 7, Sunday, from 8 am to 3 pm, and is open to all ages from 3 years to 90 years.

    Till now, Colorothon painting festival has seen participation of over 1 lakh thirty five thousand people across the country including in cities like New Delhi, Lucknow, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. In its previous edition held online due to Covid, over 30,000 people participated from all over the country.
    Participants can come along with their families for what is the largest open air drawing and painting session, to express their creativity on paper.

    Chief guests at the event will be Ramalinga Reddy, Working President KPCC, Sowmya Reddy, Jayanagar MLA, N. Nagaraju, Ex. Byrasandra Corporator, Ashok Jayanthi, Chairman, Hosachiguru, Biju Nair COO BGS Glean Eagle Global Hospital Bengaluru , Sreejil Mukund COO- Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd. in addition to Celebrity guest and Brand Ambassador, Dr. Shruthi Chethan Gowda, and Tisya Singh, a 15-year-old multi-talented artist and Brand Ambassador of KidsChaupal and the young face of Colorothon.

    The good news for residents living in apartments is that the painting festival will also be held in the top 25 societies on the same day , which will add to the convenience of participation and also de-clutter the main event place.

    Draw to donate
    According to the organisers, the top three hundred paintings will be donated to Colorothons charity partners Awespire Foundation & Omashram Trust Old Age Care. Also, the top 600 hundred paintings from Childrens category will be available for purchase on shop.kidschaupal.com to enable the young talents to become entrepreneurs said Dhiraj Singh, Co- Founder, as KidsChaupal focuses on providing a next-gen platform for the youth to help realise their potential by honing their skills.

    Age Group: 3 to 90.

    Every participant will receive a certificate which is recognised by Exclusive World Records & Kings Book of Records.
    15 best paintings from five age groups will be rewarded with a Memento.
    Participants need to carry their colour tools.

    A3 drawing sheets will be provided by the organizers. 300 best paintings from the event collection will be chosen for an auction. The amount will be given to charity partners viz. Awespire Foundation and Omashram Trust Old Age Care.

    600 best paintings from the Children collection will be chosen for the auction at KidsChaupal e-commerce website- shop.kidschaupal.com.
