The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, leading business school in India, in collaboration with WileyNXT, Wiley’s innovative learning solution for new and emerging technologies, has announced the launch of three executive programs- Advanced Management Certification in Transforming Customer Experience with AI and Design, Advanced Management Certification in Blockchain and AI for Fintech and Advanced Management Certification in Services & Supply Chain Transformation.
The two premier collaborators have designed each program targeted at the professionals in the domain of Technology, Data, Marketing and Supply Chain in a wide array of sectors such as Fintech, Manufacturing, IT, Retail or Service industry. These programs will offer a joint certification from WileyNXT and IIM Kozhikode along with Executive Alumni Status to the participants.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being used in customer relationship management. According to Gartner, by 2020 consumers will manage 85 percent of their relationships with the enterprise without a human intermediary. To lead innovations in Artificial Intelligence, the C-suite executives will have to apply design to fast-track their AI adoption process. Besides, data breaches in financial service industry also increased the use of blockchain technology that provides security in a decentralized and user-friendly platform. With blockchain’s cryptographic algorithms, fraud and attack can be considerably reduced, making digital transactions more secure. Sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail are also looking for smartification of processes & supply chain, powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Design, IoT and Blockchain to drive cost efficiencies.
