Infosys has been positioned in the Winner’s Circle by HfS Research Blueprint Report for Energy Operations 2017. The HfS Blueprint evaluated 13 service providers of Energy Operations services. The report recognized Infosys for its innovation and execution capabilities.
In this Blueprint Report, HfS has evaluated Infosys for its capabilities in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), IT services and engineering services across the energy value chain. The Company has also been recognized for its unique set of offerings in technology and automation by leveraging Analytics, Robotic process automation (RPA) and Autonomics to address client needs.

Industry-specific capabilities and As a service solutions: Infosys stands out for its technology prowess, Plug-and- Play Analytics As-a- Service solutions, and deep domain expertise in the oil and gas space.
Alliances and Partnerships: Infosys has been acknowledged for its strong partnerships with major technology vendors, oil- and gas-specific vendors, and start-ups. The SmartOFS solution for oil field services companies is one example, giving clients an integrated, preconfigured solution that includes templates and accelerators, to reduce time and cost on implementation along with complete standardization of processes specific to oil field services.
Design Thinking led solutions: Infosys has leveraged Design Thinking (DT) to solve industry challenges. Samples of DT led engagements include large scale exploration of the opportunities for automation with an international oil and gas client.
